Raising funds for Playground Renovation Project at San Pablo Elementary Health & Fitness Magnet School

DATE & TIME: 5/__? -- 5K Run and 2.5K Walk/Run start at ___ am for low tide.

PLACE: Start on the beach in front of the Red Cross Life Saving Station, at Beach Boulevard, in Jacksonville Beach, FL

COURSE: Accurate, measured 5-Kilometer (3.1 mi.) course on the flat, smooth beach, starting and finishing at the American Red Cross Life Saving Station, Jax Beach.  Aid stations with water at Miles 1.5 and at the finish. 

ENTRY FEES: Early (postmarked by 5/17) $15.00;  - Day of Event = $20.00 Register by mail until May 17, by sending completed entry form and fee to:  San Pablo Elementary PTA, 801 N. 18^th Ave., Jacksonville Beach, FL 32082.  Or Register online at www.Active.com and search for “San Pablo Elementary 5K”.   

LATE REGISTRATION: Register on Race Day starting at 6:30 AM at site. Registration will close by 7:20 AM.

ENTRIES & RACE PACKET PICK-UP: Race packet pick-up and race-day registration at the Red Cross Lifesaving Station at the east end of Beach Boulevard on race date, beginning an hour before start.

AWARDS: Awards to all registered Children participants who finish the 2.5K MUST have a race number! Awards in the S.P.E. 5K For Play to top Overall and Masters, male & female, plus top three winners in each age group: 13 & under, 14-19, 20-25, 26-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & up.

I attest and verify that I know that a running competition can be a potentially hazardous activity. However, I have sufficiently trained for the completion of this event and know that I am participating at my own risk. I am also aware of the dangers of exercising or competing in hot weather and high humidity. I have read this waiver of liability and I accept all risks and responsibility associated with entering and participating in this event. I hereby grant permission for the free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, brochure, or account of this event.
